The Phillies placed RH reliever David Herndon on the 15-day DL with shoulder inflammation Herndon is 0-1 with a 4.70 era in 5 games and last season is was 1-4 with a 3.32 era in 45 games.Herndon 26, has been with the Phillies since 09 when they selected him in the Rule 5 Draft from the Angels.The roster move will made tomorrow.
