32 NFL Team Previews in 32 Days Day 8 Seattle Seahawks

Day 8 is the Seattle Seahawks.

Last years record: 5-11 3rd in NFC West
First Round Pick: Russell Okung OL Oklahoma St (RD1 Pick 6)
Best Pick: Tie Russell Okung OL and Earl Thomas Safety (RD1 Pick 14)
Offensive MVP: Tie RB Justin Forsett and TE John Carlson
Defensive MVP: David Hawthorne LB
X-Factor: The QB's
Projected Record: 5-11

Big Question: Who will be the starting QB at the end of the year?

Big Answer: I am gonna say Charlie Whitehurst will be the staring QB at the end of the season because I think the Seahawks will be out of it and will be looking towards the future. If the Seahawks get a great QB play from Matt Hasselbeck the Seahawks could be a dark horse in the weak NFC West. They have an upcoming running back in Forsett and a great young tight end in John Carlson and you can not forget about wide receiver T.J. Houshmandzadeh. They also need a great effort in their defense which has S Earl Thomas from Texas coming in and linebacker David Hawthorne. If they get all of those they could be a 8-8 or 9-7 team but that is a big if.

Day 9 is the Oakland Raiders.
