The Phillies have announced that they will activate Joe Blanton on Monday and he will start that night vs Cardinals. Joe was put on the DL when he suffered a left oblique strain during spring training. They have not announced who will be sent down to make room for Joe. Cole Hamels will now start on Wednesday as they want to break up the two lefties in their rotation.
