I just wanted to pass on my condolences to the Harwell family,his friends and the Tigers fans, I didn't listen to alot of his games but he was a great announcer. We as Phillies went thourgh losing our voice when Harry Kalas died last April its hard and hurts as baseball connects generations by the voices. Harry Kalas, Richie Ashburn, Harry Caray,Skip Caray and now Ernie Harwell heaven has a lot of great voices but there memories will last forever. As with the Phillies when they win they play "High Hopes" Harry Kalas' favorite song.
